We currently only deliver to the areas listed below (Zones A–E). If you’re nearby or placing a large order, we may still be able to help. Please get in touch via our Contact Form and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Our delivery charges are structured in bands (A-E) to provide clear and flexible pricing based on your location and order size, making it easy to find an option that suits your needs. For larger orders, we offer thresholds for free delivery, so you can enjoy added savings when ordering in bulk. At CE Clarke Fencing, based in Norfolk (NR17), we are dedicated to making your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible, from selection to delivery. We understand the importance of timely and dependable service, especially when it comes to essential fencing supplies. To this end, we offer a variety of delivery options designed to accommodate different needs, ensuring that each customer receives their order promptly and efficiently.

Delivery Charges and Free Delivery Thresholds

Our delivery charges are segmented into bands (A–E), each with specific prices and thresholds for free delivery.

Delivery Areas We Cover

Our standard delivery service covers all of Norfolk and large parts of the surrounding counties, based on the postcode areas listed in Bands A–E below.

These delivery areas currently include all of:

• Norfolk (including Norwich, Attleborough, Wymondham, Dereham, Kings Lynn, Thetford and Great Yarmouth)
• Suffolk (including Ipswich, Lowestoft, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Newmarket and Stowmarket)

We also cover large parts of:

• Cambridgeshire (including Cambridge, Wisbech, March, Ely and Soham)
• Essex (including Colchester, Clacton-on-Sea, Chelmsford , Harwich and Braintree)
• Lincolnshire (including Spalding and Holbeach)

Delivery availability is determined by postcode rather than county boundary. If your address falls within one of the listed postcode areas, standard delivery will apply. If you are close to our coverage boundary or placing a larger order, please contact us and we will confirm availability.

Kerbside Delivery – Important Information

All deliveries are made on a kerbside basis only, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to delivery.

For the avoidance of doubt, kerbside delivery means delivery to the nearest safe and accessible point that the driver can reasonably reach with the delivery vehicle. This will typically be:

• The front of the property
• A driveway
• The front garden
• The entrance to a site or premises

Delivery does not include carrying materials through the property, around the side of the house, into rear gardens, through gates, or beyond the first accessible point.

Our drivers are not permitted to:

• Carry fencing materials through homes or gardens
• Navigate steps, slopes, gravel paths, or soft ground
• Move materials past locked gates or obstructions
• Enter areas that may pose a safety risk or risk of property damage

Customers are responsible for making suitable arrangements to move materials from the delivery point to their required location on the property.

If access to the front of the property is restricted (for example: narrow roads, parked vehicles, long or steep driveways, weight limits, or gated access), delivery will be made to the nearest safe unloading point at the driver’s discretion.

Failure to provide accurate access information may result in aborted delivery or additional delivery charges.
