Delivery access at your Suffolk property

Delivery is kerbside unless an alternative has been agreed in writing before delivery. Materials are unloaded at the nearest safe, accessible point the driver can reach. Carrying materials through the property, through gates or into rear gardens is not included.

What if my postcode is missing from the list?

Contact us before ordering with your address and proposed quantities. We may be able to help with nearby addresses or larger orders, subject to confirmation.

Does panel height include a gravel board?

No. Add it separately: a 5ft 6in panel over a 6in gravel board gives approximately 6ft overall. Check shaped-panel dimensions individually.

Can I order materials for my own installer?

Yes. Homeowners and trade customers can buy the materials online. Confirm the chosen products and quantities with whoever will fit the fence.

Can I collect instead of having delivery?
