Our 9ft (2.745m) FP McCann Fenn-Lite™ lightweight slotted intermediate concrete fence post is designed for installations requiring additional post length. It is particularly useful for taller fence configurations, sloping or uneven ground, changes in ground level and projects requiring greater post depth.

Manufactured from steel-reinforced concrete, it provides the durability and low-maintenance performance of a concrete post while weighing considerably less than an equivalent standard concrete post.

Approximately 25% Lighter Than a Standard 9ft Post

This Fenn-Lite™ post weighs approximately 40kg, making it around 25% lighter than the equivalent standard 9ft concrete fence post. The reduced weight makes the post easier to move and position during installation while retaining reinforced concrete construction.

Although lighter than a standard concrete post, it remains a substantial product, so suitable lifting and manual-handling procedures should still be followed.

Steel-Reinforced Concrete Construction

The post is manufactured from steel-reinforced concrete to provide dependable support for timber fence panels and gravel boards. Unlike timber posts, concrete posts will not rot, warp or suffer insect damage and do not require painting or regular timber treatment.

Slotted Intermediate Design
